Happy late Earth day friends! The infamous California Superbloom has finally happened and people are going crazy for it, as they should be. Seeing it in real life is so insane and breathtaking. The superbloom has the California state flower, poppies, all over in hills and valleys of California. It hasn't happened since 2017 because of the drought the state has been in. The superbloom is fields of thousands of orange poppies and it really looks like Cheeto dust! The superbloom is happening all over the state, so I provided some My best friends and I drove to the Antelope Valley poppy reserve in Lancaster, California. It was about an hour and half away from Los Angeles and we really drove into the country side. It was a pretty easy trip to get there and the view was gorgeous when we got to the fields. It was a windy, gloomy day in LA when my friends and I went to the fields, but we still had fun! It would be great if you see the superbloom at golden hour on a sunny day. Places to Go:-Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve: Lancaster -Walker Canyon Poppy Fields: Lake Elsinore -Malibu Creek State Park: Malibu -Bear Valley Wildflower Meadows: Colsua Valley More Information: Visit California There are walkways to follow so you don't disturb and ruin the flowers at any of the fields you visit. Outfit Details I sat here in this location because I saw that there was already an area to sit in from others. Now I know you shouldn't sit regardless in fields. I had a blast looking at all of the poppies in poppy fields in Lancaster during the spectacular super bloom! If you live in California or are visiting this spring or summer and have extra time in you trip, please visit it and see the orange beauty!
