My best friends and I drove to the Antelope Valley poppy reserve in Lancaster, California. It was about an hour and half away from Los Angeles and we really drove into the country side. It was a pretty easy trip to get there and the view was gorgeous when we got to the fields.
It was a windy, gloomy day in LA when my friends and I went to the fields, but we still had fun! It would be great if you see the superbloom at golden hour on a sunny day.

There are walkways to follow so you don't disturb and ruin the flowers at any of the fields you visit.
I sat here in this location because I saw that there was already an area to sit in from others. Now I know you shouldn't sit regardless in fields.
I had a blast looking at all of the poppies in poppy fields in Lancaster during the spectacular super bloom! If you live in California or are visiting this spring or summer and have extra time in you trip, please visit it and see the orange beauty!
