If you know me pretty well, you would know that the Cove Bar on the amazing Paradise Pier was my absolute favorite thing at DCA! I rave about this restaurant all the time to newbies at Disneyland and my friends. It's a restaurant/bar on the Paradise Pier in California Adventure park at the Disneyland Resort. The theme of this place is beachy and relaxed. The restaurant is open for all ages, but guests must be 21 and over to be served alcohol and sit at the bar, obviously. Cove Bar sat on the pier right across from the starting point of the white roller coaster, used to be called California Screaming but now called the Incredicoaster (inspired by Pixar's Incredibles movies). The view was absolutely beautiful!
As you might have heard too, Paradise Pier is getting an update and is now being called Pixar Pier! This means that basically everything on the pier is getting refurbished and renamed. And yes, this does include the Cove Bar. The Cove Bar closed in the early spring, reopened for the month of April, and officially closed in mid May. Heartbreaking... BUT it is basically coming back with merging as a full restaurant and lounge and it's being called something else. Also, there will be still serving the absolute favorite lobster nachos, which is all that matters.

Even my best friends love this place!
Our favorite drinks were the Raspberry Guava drink, Mickey's Funwheel, Watermelon Lemonade, and the Neverland Tea.
FAVORITE FOOD: LOBSTER OR STEAK NACHOS!!!!
RIP COVE BAR. Can't wait to go to the update version of this amazing place when Pixar Pier is ready.
