Hello everyone! I had a blast at Disney D23 2019 Expo convention this summer and couldn't believe everything that happened! Here is everything I got from the expo and yes I know I did go hard at shopping there!
The tote bag and D23 book are what you get for free with your ticket, as well as your badge for entry and reservations and a lanyard for the badge. Super cute and I do use the tote bag at home!
The D23 booklet has everything you need to know about the expo, the times of events and panels, who is becoming a legend in the Legends ceremony, and maps of the expo.
For volunteering at the Team of Heroes exhibit and making gift bags for children in hospitals, people get a reusable bag that is designed by each play room Disney makes in children hospitals around the world! The one I got on Friday was an ocean, Moana theme bag and it came with a small Team of Heroes Sorcerer Mickey pin!
Look at this dope shirt!!! I got this shirt in the Mickey of Glendale and it glows in the dark! I'm so excited to wear this to the parks when I go at night and watch Fantasmic!
These two shirts are so so cute and colorful! In the Disney Dream Store, there were lots of merch themed on balloons and the dapper dans and I'm here for it!!!
Every year at D23 I get a new pin at the expo and I love this one that I got! It is dapper dan themed and has Mickey and Minnie on it!
I got so many pins this year mainly because I wanted to finish my Rapunzel themed pin lanyard and you can buy discounted pins at the small shops in the emporium area at the expo!
In the Disney Dream Store, they released a brand new blind pin theme called Tiny Kingdom and this one is the black and white special D23 edition. The tiny kingdom blind pack came with three pins inside and if you get the map of Main Street USA you can put the pins on the map! It's a cute concept and a way to display the pins together. I got the D23 expo pin, the train, and the fire house! When you buy the map, you get the castle with it!
After the Disney+ panel, everyone who attended it received a cool Disney+ baseball hat and a love you 3000 pin from Avengers End Game!
Okay I was so excited to purchase this High School Musical vinyl at the Music Emporium. The record is gold and has all of the iconic songs from the hit DCOM film from the 2000s. If you didn't know this, I was and still am obsessed with the High School Musical! The Music Emporium had so many vinyls to purchase, including limited edition vinyls like for animated classics and for parks attractions.
As I said earlier, I purchased some pins at the expo at the Emporium area of the expo. The Emporium area has a lot of small vendors and shops sell merchandise like bags, pins, memorabilia, and artwork. Pins are sold discounted and majority are from Disney parks.
For my pins, I like them being on a thick, wide lanyard so they are decorated cute, are unique, and are very cute! This type of lanyard keeps the pins intact and they stay on there. I have one for my Tangled pins and now I have this red, black, and white lanyard for my parks and events pins! They are about $20-$25 online and at the expos.
