Hey everyone, this post is reflecting this past year being 22 and transitioning to 23. I feel like in every age, you have a year to set goals and become a new person and sometimes this doesn't happen during that year. To be honest, I had one of the most challenging, hardest years of my life. This happened in all aspects of my life, not just in one. I do have some amazing friends and people in my life that helped me this year! This blog was an escape for me though and I really have been trying to put out good content!
I know the challenges and memories has made me stronger and more independent.
Here are some moments that happened in the last year.
my godson’s first Disneyland trip
this day was so fun! My cousin took two of her sons, which one of them is my godson to Disneyland to celebrate his 3rd birthday! The day was all about him and loved spoiling him! We rode on the little rides, met Mickey (aka Adoo according to Branty), and watched Fantasmic! Disneyland means so much to me and I want him to experience that same magic there.
valentine’s Day At Disneyland
who needs boys when you got your best gal friends? Stettson, Nicole, and I planned this fun day together and it was so fun to do together. Stettson’s talented mom, Missie made us Valentines themed Minnie Mouse ears and were so so cute! Us and my mom ate breakfast at our favorite, Carnation Cafe. Later, my cousin Allison met us at Disney and rode some rides together. All my favorite girls together was the best!💕
concerts of course
G-Eazy is hot. First time seeing him on his tour with Nicole was awesome! Obvi, Coachella weekend was a blast with my best friend and Beyonce.
This was my first trip to Yosemite since I was a baby and it was so FUN! My best friend Stettson and I spent two days inside the national park and it was such a beautiful trip. So much green and pretty attractions to see. A blog post about our trip is coming soon featuring so many photos!
One of my dance best friends, aka my sister, Whitney got married this spring in Utah and it was an amazing for her and her new hubby! Whitney is such a genuine, sweet, hilarious girl and I know we will be sisters forever. She's one of those friends where however much time passes by without talking, we always pick up where we left off. She is always there for me and I was so happy to be there for her on her big day. She was gorgeous and glowing that day and it was so fun being there with her family and friends!
This coming year will be full of growing and concentrating on my happiness, education, and my loved ones. BRING IT ON 23!
